I have an Epson...

I have an Epson XP-645, it is only 4 months old and I am getting the message "Printer Error, turn the power off and on again" Epson tell me it needs a service, is there a way around this without sending it back to Epson. I also live in France and do not want to cart it back to the UK.

Just today

OK - to allow me to connect to your PC/MAC, you must install free remote access software.

Please click on this link to the teamviewer website: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/
Click on the "Download Free" box to download and install the software on your computer.
Once installed, reboot your computer.
Upon reboot, open the software from your computer and you will see an ID and Password, please give this to me to connect.

My apologies, but our visitors stayed all evening. I have been advised by Epson, that the printer needs exchanging for a different one, as this is a hardware fault.
