I'll need to ask a few questions in order to best help you. Will you still be using Norton on your other computer? If so, depending on the product that you purchased, you may have to purchase an additional license for the new computer.

If you'll no longer be using the old computer we can transfer the license to the new computer.

PLease advise.

Generally speaking, a license can only be used on one computer at a time. Will you continue to use the old computer?

I see that you requested SECURE REMOTE ASSISTANCE. Unfortunately, the payment was not successful. Often, this happens when your bank sees a second charge on the same day from the same company and suspects a mistake or possible fraud. You can usually clear this up with a quick phone call to them to reassure them that this is an authorized charge.

In the meantime, please let me know whether you plan to continue using Norton on the old computer or not.
