No Logo on the device. WINDOWS 10 14" LAPTOP with extended warranty, purchased Warehouse Stationary, December 2016.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?

Until now the Laptop has had little use. Have not installed any updates. Have searched System and Keyboard options to see whether the keyboard "language" is correct, but can't find reference to it. G

I believe it's been there from the beginning. I'm making this inquiry through my DELL computer as I don't have the Laptop connected to the internet. I've seen this problem before in an older computer and was able to fix it. Perhaps I should have invoked the warranty instead. G.

The laptop is more than a year old, so it is out of warranty, but I can help you here.

Does it let you change the keyboard language?

Thought I wasn't connected. Opened Settings, entered Keyboard Language in the search space, and then downloaded and installed English (New Zealand) package. That cured the problem. Thanks for your help. G.
