I have been trying to get into Microsoft account for 2 days***@******.*** will not accept my password

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

Getting my password ***** up by reading the numbers and letters given to me I must not be reading then right cause I have tried many times no success

I have a laptop as far as Microsoft model don't know

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Acer? Have you installed any updates recently?

I spent this entire day installing updates started at 9AM have not been able to do anything everything just finished and first thing to do was Microsoft account but cannot get in

I always update have a Norton antivirus had a major crash when I tried to download a Mcafee antivirus this has been going on for 2 months this am told no Microsoft account no mts account and cannot get in to see if my banking is ok frustrated old lady I am
