Hi again i cannot get any of the steps to work with recovering my Email password ***** system says my account does not exist and i have been using it up until yesterday for a few years and am awaiting som urgent material. i am not very good on computers and have not had to have password ***** in past either that or it had been saved i do not know. is there a simple way to resolve.
