Hi, when opening Corel...

Hi, when opening Corel Draw 2017 I get a message 'No fonts were found. This application may not have been properly installed.' I push OK and then get a message ' Unexpected condition encountered. Please refer to the Technical Support Help. It also says Condition #5000-H:BLD/CDGS-X85DC-JOB1/... I push OK and then get the message. 'A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.' Can you help me?

Technician's Assistant: When could you last open your Corel software?

Yesterday.

Technician's Assistant: Did you recently update your software or version of Windows?

Yes I did. I think it updated this morning.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I tried to restore the computer to a prior date but Windows could not complete the restore.

Run the program and it shows you and ID and Password.

Give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
