I just had my computer serviced and am trying to connect my HP printer via wireless to my laptop.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your HP printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

It was working fine up until last Wednesday, when I took my laptop in for servicing. All I should have to do is reconnect my printer, shouldn't I?

I need to be able to add the printer to my laptop, so that it can find my computer when I want to scan and send documents wirelessly and print documents.

I just want someone to point me to the steps I need to take to connect my printer to my laptop. I don't want someone to do it for me.
