I am a long-time user of turbo tax - just purchased my 2017 version from SAM's Club - when I tried to install in Windows nothing happens - I closed out all other programs and put in the new disc and nothing happens - do i need the current version of Windows

please cancel all my requests and do not charge my credit card - I was told by your system I would be charged a fully refundable $5 - that does not seems to be what is happening
