I CAN SCROLL ON A DOCUMENT BUT CANNOT SELECT ANY BUTTONS ON TOOL BARS

IT IS A YOGA 2 WINDOWS 10 WITH 64

IT IS ABOUT A YEAR OLD. I HAVE DONE THE FRESH START WITH DEFENDER AND THEN ALL WINDOWS UPDATES , CYCLED POWER.

I'm sorry about the issue, Please Press CTRL + X and select Device Manager. click the arrow next to Human Interface Devices to open the dropdown. Right click the listing for HID-compliant touch screen and select Disable. You’ll be asked to confirm this, so click Yes.

You now need right click the listing again, but this time select Enable
