I'm am extremely frustrated......

I'm am extremely frustrated.... I have a PC, I have 3 Apple Tablets & I have 2 iPhones.... I am sure I bought a office license for my pic which is working & today bought $12.99 pm license so I can use excel and share files across all my tablets and phones..... but it is not working.

Just today... I've been trying to open my account and told me my password ***** incorrect, tried to reset and says I can't access for next 24 hours. I tried going online for chat (different page to this) waited 51 people and then the page froze... lol

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I just want my subscriptions to work and I can use excel from at least my primary iPhone and personal ipad
