Hi the hdmi driver seems to be missing I am not getting sound just the picyureon my surface

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand, model, and Operating System (OS) of your computer?

Windows 10 suface 1 or 2 it the first model

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your computer?

Tried evrthing regarding cables and plugging in another computwr

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

But i can see in the sound oupput there is option for hdmi just speakers and sound system
