I bought an Office 365 personal subscription card for Windows, followed the instructions to the letter, entered the 25 digit codewith hyphens and nothing has happened the 12 times I've tried it !

Listen, I'm just going to go back to Fry's Electronics and have them fix this. I don't know a cookie from a Sun Chip, so I can't fix the few (1) things that have been suggested thus far. You are taking too long, then tell me my credit card is not good. I don't need a hassle tonight. I just want someone to fix this for me. I rescind my request for help.
