G'day I was online...

G'day I was online & it froze & all I could do was turn it off. When I went back on the next day it had reverted to an old log in from years ago. Since then I get framework dll error msgs on start up & i,'ve had 'bad pool header' on the blue screen. I've tried a couple of things without success & can't access the internet. Any ideas please?

I can't access the internet & it's starting up with that old log in & those error messages

Umm! I know it's HP laptop & i'm using Windows 7
