Working OK but... I want to keep on working and would lke to pot Edge on a windows 8.1. possible?

HP I would have to lookup the model. After running into trouble twice to upgrade to windows 10 I used Belarce and foound out my mother board will not upgrade to10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Wel this desktop has been sidelined for a whjile while we moved a couple of times. So the last try was maybe 2 yrs ago. I had to take if to a local specialist. it locked up solid. no keyboard or anything. I think one of the kids hit an add for upgrade by mistake the second time. I ahev them locked out now

No just powered on for irst time in a loooong time

I use Edge on my laptop. It travels with me. This dektop has been in storage. I have gotten to like Edge so I would upgrade if possible. The laptop is windows 10 so it a nobrainer

I'm sorry about the issue. No, it's not possible to use Edge on Windows 8.1, but we can try something else.

Have you tried another better Internet browser program, such as Chrome or Firefox?
