- Press at the same time the three keys Ctrl, Alt, and Up Arrow on the computer's keyboard in order to rotate the screen back to normal and check.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please try:

  1. Click on the small windows logo icon located at a corner of your computer's screen, then click on the gear / wheel icon.
    - (Or press at the same time the two keys Windows logo and i on the computer's keyboard, then the Settings window will appear.)
  2. Click on option System.
  3. Click on option Display.
  4. There, under the section Orientation, click on the drop-down list, then select option Landscape.
