I dont see why i should have to pay when it is microsofts stuff up as my computer was working perfectly b4 the bloody update

Ideapad 100s-11iby, 1.33ghz, 2 gb ram

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Started last night after a fairly large update and then system said running out of storage , do you want to remove old version of os and after that have to click b4 the pointer will move. i have tried changing pointer speeds etc but nothing so far is working.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

No thats all, its just very frustrating
