My system is not...

My system is not working it shows system trouble *2 to view, secure system before alarm scroll to view open zone , LR window 1, Dining window 2. I don't know how to reset.

Technician's Assistant: What are you having trouble accessing or opening?

I have trouble with all of it. I"m afraid I will hit the wrong code

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

I am not sure does ADT LLC make sense.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Just today. I received a phone call from the company. Stated to press3 for a phone call back. I haven't heard from them. I don't know what to press.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

Yeah, I really don't know what to do.
