It's frozen! I can't login and the battery life is depleting even though it's plugged into the outlet.

The computer...I am having trouble logging on

Microsoft Surface pro 4. Windows 10

It just now started. I tried powering off and on several times

I've had this tablet for 2 years, and have never had any problems or issues whatsoever

With the Surface connected to a wall outlet, press and hold the button on the Surface for up to a minute to restart it.
