Hi, My instagram has...

Hi, My instagram has stopped adding new posts from others about one week ago. Nothing new has come in and when i try to follow up on something it just tries to connect but never does.

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your computer or device?

I'm not very technical but i have 6S iPhone. and i don't think that i put instagram on my OSX el capitan

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update your Instagram?

How do i do that as i have never updated it?

Technician's Assistant: The Software Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

To update your Instagram app do the following:

Open the App Store app on your iPhone.

Tap “Updates” located in the lower right corner of the screen - a red notification will appear if there are available updates.

Tap “Update” next to the Instagram icon. The Instagram update will automatically download and install.

Then open the Instagram app to verify that the issue is resolved.

Please let me know the result.
