I am finding my Microsoft surface pro to be extremely unfriendly, I cannot use any of my music from iTunes and I'm worried I have lost my catalogue, Windows 10 updates will not download but there are repeated attempts to do so that continually interrupt my work and I cannot use my Sony e-reader. I am not stupid but I should not need a PhD in computing to make this thing work.

Technician's Assistant: When did this downloading issue start with your Surface Pro?

When I first started it up

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the power button for a minute)?
