I have downloaded most recent releases of both 32 bit and 64 bit my compaq 6000 is 64 bit. Same problem persissts

The problem seems to be widespread and the company response is non existant per my internet forum searches

It sounds like I am getting the run around and about to be fleeced of money with additional charges being sprung on me and I don't know there coming. Do all of your customers have this unpleasant experience with you.
