I have an Uber account but I don't have the same card # and I thought I would have to start a new Uber account. Can you help me get the right information on the account. Also, I don't remember the password.

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I don't know my password ***** I need to change the credit card #*****

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

I am at work and I don't have that information. Can I make the changes on my phone? I need to order a ride for my granddaughter and she is at a different location than where I am too..
