I was online with another Tech a little while ago and was supposed to get an e-mail, but didn't. My case #*****(###) ###-#### Perhaps I didn't send my e-mail correctly It was *******

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

My connection is good. I'm on Microsoft support right now, and I have an Outlook addy a well

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I don't think so. We haven't been able to install Webroot yet, but I believe it's under McAffee at this time

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I thought if you had my case number ***** would be able to refer to it so I don't need to take up a tech's time
