Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I want to download my bill since I am on "no mail" customer

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

Many many more. This has been going on for a long time. More often or not the site goes to a code entry. that is annoying.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Phone #... By the way it gets me to the site and then gives me a message "not responding

where is my answer Serge is a bum I told the messages I did not have internet on my cell. The answer shoukd have shown on my computer. Terrible job!!
