Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Samsung

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Issue is with Samsung T5 solid state disk for my computer.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your T5? What happened right before this?

New unit started loading data yesterday preparing to transfer to a new computer. Got data loaded. When I move drive to new computer, all I can see is a very small read only partition. My several hundred GB of data is not to be seen.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Just that I hope s/he also works data storage.

This is a solid state drive T5 1TB external Newly arrived a few days ago, put in service this past weekend.

I loaded many GB of photos to move them to a new computer. The drive shows only as a small partition on my new computer, no pictures!

Busy for nine hours! Started loading data on the disk Sunday. Problem happened Tuesday and continues. It is persistent.

It sounds like it needs to be repatriation onto a new file system.

The service is also not $5 and you have been charged more than that.

I do not believe your answer makes any sense. I am not satisfied with your service and wish to invoke the "money back Guarantee" Please process my refund. This should have been treated as a warranty issue from the beginning. Thank you
