HI. I purchased microsoft student (or home). I can't remember...but I am sure I can use on other devices...I haven't done that to date, need to know my account (?) or how to do it. Help!!

Technician's Assistant: What Microsoft model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

Where did you by your Microsoft? In a store? Online? etc?

What are you putting it on?

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

Your account will be the email you assigned to the product. We need to log in there if you bought it from microsoft online to grab your

download.
