Hi Pearl. Actually, my problem is not my computer but the printer. I have an Epson Stylus NX415. Lost the installation documents. I don't know why I cant connect it wirelessly to my computer. I managed to print 2 pages with a USB cable but the colors won't show. Now, the two devices won't just connect. Trying to find a phone number for Epson support to no avail. I've been trying to print one sheet for the last 3 hours. Ridiculous. Any suggestions?

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your Stylus: wirelessly or by USB?

Right now I found a USB cable I'm using.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Used the printer only once last March.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
