Ok i don't have...

Ok i don't have any sound on my end when logged onto skype. The speakers are working fine on u tube so the connection and the port and level of volume seems ok . Any thoughts ?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Skype?

I have updated the skype a few hours ago. Perhaps need to re boot the pc not sure. Just don't want to loose the help desk. If i do i will re connect.. iI can also delete the whole program and reload it if you think it is the way to go.Thanks les
