I mentioned that I just re-installed the program. (I don't think I've used it since I upgraded to Windows 10, if that makes a difference.)

Hi Jeffrey!
i’m working with an HP 15 Notebook PC -Windows 10 (current)
What would appear appear more relevant is that the program formerly worked w/ both Word and WordPerfect. I’m not sure I’ve tried to use it since upgrading to Windows 10.
I re-installed it. Microphone etc. all the same as before! Mic won’t turn on.
