I need help. I was no AOL but they changed things. I have been using Google for about a year for several websites. I now want to use Google exclusively. I tried calling 1-***-***-**** but they keep asking me for a pin #. I don't know it or how to find it. Also, my wife like to purchase things on the computer but needs to be able to Email and I don't see on icon on Google that will allow us to send an Email.
