Following recent Windows update I am not getting my e.mails and have forgotten my microsoft password!

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

Technician's Assistant: What Microsoft model do you have? And the version of Windows?

Windows 10 don't know Microsoft model

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Been in touch with BT troubleshiooter and there is not connection problem

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

As you have probably gathered I am not great technically & my go-to expert is away for Christmas
