I renewed my subscription earlier today and I still can't do any word processing on my windows

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the version of Windows?

It's a Lenovo 80TV00WKUS. I think it's Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Since today saying I needed to update the subscription. I did that earlier today with my visa, but I still can't type anything.

I think that is the problem. Paid my money and can't use it.
