Hi my computer tells me I’m off line. But we have Wh-FYI in the house for Internet?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

For about two weeks.yes I have tried everything I can think of it is telling me I’m putting in the wrong password

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I did find a Hp cd and downloaded it and before all of this happened I was with google or google chrome. It keeps wanting to restart
