I need to restore my computer to a previous date

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

I've done it before easily -now I can't seem to find the directions.

Clicking on something that says how to do it, then it takes me to other stuff - not helping

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have a different start key than before and it doesn't always take me where I want to go...I've also typed in "system restore' several times and it wont take me to the right place

Windows 7 is a bit different. From the Start button menu, choose All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.
