Hi I have a Lenovo Yoga 700 series computer. The touchscreen use to work but it stopped working randomly. Is this a problem that can be fixed?

Lenovo Yoga 700-11ISK, manufactured 2012, Windos 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

It has been a while. I tried resetting the computer so far

Also with the trackpad, is there a way where I can hard click the trackpad so that it acknowledges what I am trying to select on the screen? Currently, I can only soft tap the track pad to select items

it worked when I originally purchased the computer, but then maybe about an less than an hr later it stopped working

Since Monday. Yesterday I researched it online and in a Lenovo forum it told me to go into the device manager and turn off any power management buttons under Human Interface Devices and under USB ports as well.
