I currently running Email...

I currently running Email on my computer with Microsoft Outlook 2003. On Dec 11, 2017, Outlook stopped downloading new Email. Whenever I click the Send/Receive tab, I get a Microsoft error message stating The Operation Failed. My Comcast Support stated that I need to purchase and upload Microsoft Windows 10. I plan on doing that, but before I do I would like to know:

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update your Outlook?

1) Will I lose all Email info still remaining on my Unread and Sent listings within Outlook?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I have not updated my Outlook.
