This is a fake pop up, you do not have a virus. Most likely you went to the wrong website which made this pop up happen. Usually they have a phone number and if you call you will be connected to a scam tech support company who will lie to you about issues with your computer and charge you hundreds to fix them. What you should do is turn the computer off and back on and see if the pop up goes away, if it does not please let me know. My goal is to give you the best experience possible!
