I am receiving a message that Microsoft needs to fix my Microsoft account and in parenthesis most likely my password ***** changed.

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I am not having any problems accessing anything.

Technician's Assistant: What Microsoft model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

I don't know what Microsoft model I have. The Operating System is a Dell.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

It's been going on for a while. I haven't tried anything so far.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

The message tells me to click on shared settings to fix the problem. It's been a longtime since I changed my email address so I am wondering why am I just receiving this message.
