I just ran the most recent Windows 10 update. Everything seems to work OK except my old version of Outlook. I would like to reverse the Windows 10 update so I can continue using my version of Outlook.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update your Outlook?

No idea although I am sure it was several years ago. It is Outlook 2003

The message I am getting from my Outlook 2003 is "The operation failed". I still have the old CD I used to install Outlook several PC's ago but I would rather back-out the Windows 10 update that I ran last night.

Why is this costing me? I did nothing to deserve the extra fee. All I want to do is to back out the Windows 10 update I ran last night.

I have to go pick up my wife and will once again be back later. How do I reconnect so this problem can be fixed. Oh yes, I do not have a smart phone, only a "flip" phone. Sending me an email to***@******.*** would be easier for me. I have several ways to read email other than using Outlook 2003.

Click the start menu button and open Settings (the gear icon_

On the Settings page click Update & Security.

From the vertical menu on the left select Recovery.

On the right under "Go back to the previous version of Windows 10"
