I updated Windows 10 Dec 11,2017 and now I get a Message "Not Implemented" when opening MS Office Outlook. What is the fix?

I did not text you to connect to any website, I asked you to disable the addins and restart Outlook.

  1. Use the Windows key + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app.
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. Click Family & other people.
  4. Under Other people, select the user account, and click Change account type.

  5. Under Account type, select Administrator from the drop down menu.

  6. Click OK to complete the task.
  7. Restart Computer
  8. Login to windows
  9. Start Outlook and try disabling addins

No you do not need to create the account, Look for your name under Accounts

My name does not exist under accounts. Restarted PC. Tried to uncheck 3 Add-ins no luck.
To disable Add-ins here's what I did:
1. Opened Outlook
2. Click Tools
3. Click Trust Center
4. Click Go
5. On Com Add-ins page uncheck active Add-ins
6. Message" Can't do this because it requires I be an Administrator

  1. Click Start
  2. In search type System restore and open it
  3. Click next
  4. Select the date on which outlook was not giving problem
  5. Click next and follow the on screen instructions

Kamil: Thank you for your assistance. I restored back to previous version of Windows 10. All seems to be working.
PS: Your accounting debited my Visa for $58. I have no idea why or what for. I was on a 30 day trial which I paid for $5.
Could you please reverse this charge to credit my card.
