Microsoft case number ***** i have just spent tne last three hours with Kimberly M reloading Windows 10 because my Windows DVD Player was not working after the first faulty Windows was replaced by Microsoft on November 29th. The Windows DVD Player still does not work

Technician's Assistant: Who makes your media player? How old is it?

The app on the machine was Windows DVD Player. The machine is only a couple of years old

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your media player?

There is a DVD inserted new David Attenborough's Wiild City which worked before the 29th November

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Video Expert to know before I connect you?

No but I would like to know why after two attempts Microsoft have not been able to solve the problem. Should I go back to them first?
