I can't open a Kraken account. I keep getting Error 520 message.

Technician's Assistant: What are you having trouble accessing or opening?

Opening. I typed in my email, username and password. It keeps returning an error message. 520. It says my Browser is working, the network cloud flare is working, but host web server is not working. It's been like this for weeks.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

The Error 520 message is a “catch-all” response which appears when the server is not available.

Some reasons that this can happen are at busy times, if many users are trying to log on at once, or if the server is under maintenance.

If you try again in a few hours or at off-peak times you should be able to get logged on ok.
