Freezing up sporadically. and a message appeared to call a number which i did but i dont believe its legitimate. believe i do have a virus or something like that.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Tried HP assistance. and it has been acting weird for a few weeks. When I opened it this time a screen appeared that said all my info was at risk and to call a(###) ###-####6862 number and not to shut down.

I use panda . Is there anything i should do to clean iit up. that i could do. I' not very knowledgeable

Update your Panda, run full scan of the PC.

You can also download software like Malwarebytes (free version) and do a cleanup using that software as well.
