I have the lenova Tab2 A10-30 tablet about 8mths ol;b I have new ISP ithe tablet will not authenticate connection to net. it is ok with PC and Laptop I have done a resest yestrday and i cant get past the welcome screen now.What next please

The new thing is the new ISP and securit y ID the ISP cant understand why the SSid doesnt work nor do I.I have spoken with the ISp and they cant work it out!!
