701-94810070... Del Dennis... I have been with AVG for a long time, did an upgrade recently but my computer does not seem to be covered, I am unable to do a scan. I am 84 years old, with limited hearing, an agent tried to help me, to no avail. Would it be possible to clear the computer of the AVG and mail me a disc that I can down load.? The payment for the coverage and help from an agent has already been paid for through the CIBC.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update your AVG software?

I was doing an update recently, and paid for an upgrade to Premium, but have not been able to do a scan ever since. The icon on the desk top says...... The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command - lilnesxtrace.exe tool for more detail... do not understand all this. A disc to download would be much more simple for me.

I would like to get a disc mailed to me that I can download at home.. I tried getting it fixed on line with another agent, and that did not work out well...

I have already paid $106.99 and $19.99, am on a fixed income, so can not afford any more... I would like an AVG disc to download, like in the old days...:)
