For submitting a recovery form you do not need any codes.You have to select the option I don't have any of these option and continue.

I don't understand when I clicked on link it asked me for a email address they keep sending me coded it doesn't do anything

Its asking for a contact email address not the email account that is now locked out.You need to give another email address in the contact email box.To verify whether you are the owner of that contact email account they will send a code to it.Before going for the account recovery please answer the following.

If you are using this microsoft account just to sign in to windows 10 then you can reset the computer and create a new account (local or microsoft online) but this reset will erase everything on the computer and then re-install windows 10 like a new system.Is that OK with you?

That's what I did then I created a new account to set up computer then when I sent back in it said I had the wrong password ***** know that I had the right password ***** just keeps telling me it's it's not

OK does that computer has any files you needed because if you do not have any then the best course of action for you is to reset windows 10 which will erase all files in it and re-install windows 10 like a new computer.Is that OK with you ?

OK please do the following to reset windows 10.

Make sure you disconnect any external hard drive connected to the PC also connect the power adapter/charger if it’s a laptop.
In the bottom right of the windows 10 login screen where it asks for the password ***** can see power icon like shown in the image.
Now click on that power icon and then press and hold Shift key and then click on Restart while holding the shift key.When it starts restarting please release the shift key.That will show a screen which says choose an option.In that screen select Troubleshoot then on the next screen click on Reset this PC then on the next screen select the option to Remove everything then in the reset your PC screen select Only the drive where windows is installed then select Just remove my files
Now it will ask for final confirmation click on Reset and the process starts.
See if that starts the process and let me know.

OK if it shows that problem resetting this PC message after that then there is another issue with the operating system which i am not clear of so i will open this to other experts so that if they have any further solution they will let you know.Once another replies you will get a email notification and you can continue from there.Is that OK with you?
