I'm a senior citizen and just got a new laptop and I don't know the answer to your question'

I have typed some emails but I had to use a different email than I set this pc up with 6 or 7 days ago.. I've lost my paper work !!!

I did enter my Microsoft number a couple of days ago, but I couldn't get a response. I don't know if it all went through or not and I've lost thatpaperwork that has the # on it.
