I have a one year on site service plan. Purchasesd the computer 2 months ago. Seems that the ethernet port is not working and my bluetooth mouse cuts in and out of operation.

You would want to call a local computer tech company to get someone onsite. I can recommend a few if you'd like, but would need your zip code to find several that are close to you. Would this work?

No, this would be a 3rd party company. You would need to contact Lenovo for their support plan coverage
