I am trying to reset the device back to factory default and it is asking me the recovery key
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Surface Pro 3 OS is Windows
JA: How long has this been going on with your Surface Pro? What have you tried so far?
Customer: To recover the password ***** that's not working because not of the recovery numers or emails exist anymore
