I keep getting a message "enter your password either to

I keep getting a message "enter your password ***** to enter smtp.telstra.com OR imap.telstra.com" As far as I am aware neither of these are my Service Provider. On entering the user name and password ***** I originally set I am told incorrect User or password. I do not now get or send any e-mails.
JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: I cannot access emails. My card shows a Wireless Network Name Telstra 947D19
JA: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?
Customer: No
